Внешне iPhone 3GS ничем не отличается от своего предшественника, но над начинкой все же поработали. Рассмотрим основные отличия iPhone 3GS от iPhone 3G.
В частности улучшена скорость работы, а именно в 2 раза. Но некоторые операции выполняются в раза 4 быстрее.
Так же на iPhone 3GS есть возможность записи VGA видео с частотой обновления 30 кадров в секунду.
Камера тоже претерпела изменения, и теперь она стала 3 – мегапиксельной. Может снимать с автофокусом, микрорежимом и возможностью выбора фокусировочной точки.
Добавлена поддержка HSDPA до 7,2 мбит/с.
iPhone 3GS можно будет использовать в качестве 3G-модема через кабель или Bluetooth.
Разработчики увеличили мощность батареи и теперь время разговора в сетях 3G увеличено до 5 часов, а работа в интернете через Wi-Fi — до 9 часов.
Еще добавлен встроенный компас и голосовое управление.
