|  Samsung расследует проблему с экраном Galaxy S9 и S9+
За последнюю неделю появилось несколько сообщений о неисправности сенсорных экранов Samsung Galaxy S9 / S9 +. В настоящее время неизвестно, насколько распространена проблема, но в последние накопилось немало жалоб владельцев последних флагманов Samsung, которые жаловались на «мертвые» пятна вокруг верхней и нижней рамки и вблизи краев экрана. Мертвые точки - это те области, где экран не реагирует на прикосновения.
Большинство жалоб по этому вопросу были представлены владельцами Galaxy S9 +, хотя также были зарегистрированы сообщения о той же проблеме со стороны пользователей Galaxy S9. Не выявлено каких-либо закономерностей появления мертвых точек на разных устройствах. Владельцы жалуются на проблемные области в разных частях экрана, например, на краях экрана и в направлении центра.
В ответ на несколько жалоб на форумах сообщества Samsung, компания теперь выпустила заявление, что оно «рассматривает ограниченное количество сообщений» по этой проблеме:
«Удовлетворение потребностей клиентов является ключевым условием для бизнеса Samsung и мы стремимся предоставить наилучший опыт. Мы изучаем ограниченное количество сообщений о проблемах с сенсорным экраном Galaxy S9 / S9 +. Мы работаем с клиентами, которые затронуты данной проблемой и ведем расследование. Мы призываем всех клиентов с подобными вопросами связаться с нами напрямую по телефону 1-800-SAMSUNG (7267864)».
