Заходим в Options -> Sound. Ставим галки "Sound Emulation", "Sync Sound", "Stereo" (если играешь в нашниках), "Fix Frequency". Audio Quality лучше оставить 8 bit, Sample Rate - от первого до четвертого деления (могу предположить, что это соответствует частотам семплирования 8000, 11025, 16000 и 22050 Гц). Все это нужно сделать непосредственно после загрузки эмулятора (до загрузки игры!). Сохраняем настройки, для надежности выходим из эмулятора, загружаем его снова, проверяем настройки. Если галочка "Sound Emulation" не сбросилась (такое иногда случается, и не только на Делле, но если сделать все так, как я описал, звук должен работать), то загружаем игру, слушаем. Если звук идет, делаем быстрое сохранение. При следующей загрузке из этого сохранения проблем со звуком быть не должно.
