Для этого есть несколько способов, речь о которых пойдет в этой статье.
1)Нажмите клавишу "Menu"=> Настройки (Settings) => Синхронизация данных (Data synchronization). Здесь вы можете отключить автоматическую синхронизацию тех данных, которым это не потребуется. Здесь вы также можете отключить работу фоновых данных.
2)Проверьте предустановленные программы (которые были установлены производителем), а так же те, которые вы успели установить сами - Они могут автоматически обновлять информацию, расходуя трафик.
3) Также можете пользоваться программами, которые ограничивают, ведут учет доступа в интернет или вовсе его блокируют. Например, такие программы как: Droid Wall (полностью блокирует выход в сеть), APNdroid (позволяет делать ручное отключение интернета), TrafficStats (учитывает потребления трафика каждой программы), NetCounter (ведет учет отданного трафика), а также другие программы

При использовании программ, изменяющих точку доступа (например APNdroid), удостоверьтесь, что ваш сотовый оператор не предоставляет услуги, при которой устройство может выходить в интернет даже при неправильно настроенной точке доступа. В этом случае оператор предоставляет Wap интернет. Стоимость WAP-данных выше GPRS или WIFI, поэтому вместо экономии потеряете много денег. Уточняйте эту информацию у своего оператора и по возможности отключайте эту опцию.
