Недавно компания Microsoft опубликовала занимательную статистику. Стоит напомнить, что Office стал бесплатным для ОС Андроид и iOS только в прошлом году. До этого момента программа не пользовалась особой популярностью. Тем не менее благодаря бесплатной версии приложения корпорации удалось добиться прекрасных результатов.
Согласно заявлению Сатьи Наделлы, которая в настоящее время занимает пост исполнительного директора компании, совокупное количество загрузок программы для ОС Андроид и iOS превысило сто миллионов. Таким образом, владельцы андроид-устройств на сегодняшний день активно пользуются Microsoft Office.
Это совсем неудивительно, учитывая тот факт, что приложение распространяется бесплатно. Однако также это в очередной раз доказывает, что ПО Microsoft пользуется спросом. В связи с этим компания постепенно делает свое программное обеспечение доступным для самых разных платформ. К примеру, такие приложения, как Word или Skype на iphone пользуются очень большой популярностью в App Store.
